BRAZILIAN DIET IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR “QUICK” DIETS – LOSE OVER 24 POUNDS IN JUST 1 MONTH

The Brazilian diet is one of the most popular “quick” diets that provides a fast way to lose 24 pounds in 1 month. The diet includes 4-5 meals per day, as basic groceries are fruits and vegetables and it needs to be repeated 2 to 4 weeks – no more than that. This Brazilian diet can not lead to deficiency of vitamins and minerals or reduced immunity, because it includes lots of fruits and vegetables that are full with protein.

WEEKLY SCHEDULE FOR THE BRAZILIAN DIET:

 

MONDAY:

Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 banana and 1 glass of orange juice.

Snack: 1 glass of orange juice and 1 piece of toasted bread.

Lunch: 100 g boiled fish, 100 g fresh green salad.

Dinner: Same as the lunch.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of orange juice.

 

TUESDAY

Breakfast: 1 medium boiled egg, 1 glass of apple juice.

Snack: 1 half piece of toasted bread, 1 glass of apple juice.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 2 boiled potatoes, 4 lettuce leaves.

Dinner: 200 g boiled fish, 1 hard boiled egg, lettuce salad.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of apple juice.

 

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 1 glass of  low-fat milk, 1 piece toasted bread.

Snack: 100 g low-fat cheese.

Lunch: 100 g rice, 150 g of fresh cabbage salad with dressing of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley.

Dinner: 100 g boiled meat, 1 apple, 4 lettuce leaves.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of apple juice.

 

THURSDAY

Breakfast: 1 glass of pineapple juice, 60 g of pineapple.

Snack: 1 glass of pineapple juice, 1 half piece of toasted bread.

Lunch: 100 g boiled meat, a small piece of cheese and an orange.

Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 150 g salad of freshly grated carrot with a bit of

olive oil.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of pineapple juice.

 

FRIDAY

Breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice, 1 half piece of toasted bread.

Snack: 1 apple, 1 orange.

Lunch: 150 grams of boiled fish, 2 small boiled carrots.

Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (optional -1 bowl cream soup of mushroom or fish), a little piece of whole wheat bread.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of orange juice.

 

SATURDAY

Breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice, 1 piece of toasted bread.

Snack: 150 g of boiled grated beetroot salad with a bit of vegetable oil.

Lunch: 1 bowl of soup with vegetables, mushrooms or fish, 1 small piece of whole wheat bread.

Dinner: 100 g fried mushrooms, 100 g salad of fresh vegetables (by choice).

Before bedtime: 1 glass of apple juice.

 

SUNDAY

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 hand of raisins.

Snack: 1 glass of carrot juice, 1 small piece of toasted bread.

Lunch: 100 g of boiled meat, 100 g fresh cabbage salad, onions and lemon juice.

Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetables (optional – fish or mushroom soup) , 100 g of fruit, 4 lettuce leaves.

Before bedtime: 1 glass of apple, 2 dried figs.

 

ACTIVITY

The recommended daily physical activity: 30 minutes walking, cycling or swimming.
