- Melted coconut oil- ½ cup
- Free range eggs-6
- Vanilla extract- 1 tablespoon
- Grade B maple syrup- ½ cup
- Coconut flour- ½ cup
- Wild blueberries- 1 cup
- Aluminum free baking powder- 1 teaspoon
*You can use stevia instead of maple syrup
- Whisk together the vanilla, maple syrup, the coconut oil and the eggs.
- Add the coconut flour.
- Leave it for about 10 minutes so it can thicken.
- Add the baking powder and the blueberries.
- Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 350.
